Platform usage

Meyvo provides rental and PG discovery tools. You agree not to misuse the platform, scrape listings in ways that harm owners, or post fraudulent content.

Property rules

• No illegal activity is permitted on listed properties.
• Smoking and alcohol policies vary by PG—confirm with the owner before move-in.
• Security deposits, lock-in periods, and refunds differ across properties and are contractual matters between tenant and owner.

Liability

Meyvo is not responsible for disputes, theft, conflicts, injury, or financial loss arising from agreements between tenants and property owners. See also our Verification policy.
