Hygiene scoring

Meyvo hygiene scores are designed to summarize on-ground cleanliness and upkeep signals. Scores are indicative, not a lab certification, and may be updated when a property is re-inspected or receives structured feedback.

What goes into the score

We weigh multiple factors, including (where observable):

• Washroom cleanliness (fixtures, drainage, odor, daily upkeep).
• Room ventilation (airflow, dampness, window safety).
• Food hygiene (if meals are served—storage, serving, kitchen discipline).
• Pest control (evidence of treatment, preventive habits).
• Water availability (RO / supply consistency where relevant).
• Garbage management (segregation, pickup, common-area cleanliness).
• Safety standards (basic fire exits awareness, electrical tidiness, slip hazards—non-exhaustive).

Score ranges

• 9–10: Excellent
• 7–8: Good
• 5–6: Average
• Below 5: Poor
