Photo guidelines
Authentic media builds trust. These rules protect renters and serious owners.
Meyvo is built around real property photos. Listings should help someone imagine the actual room, bath, building, and common areas—not a marketing fantasy.
Required coverage (for a complete listing)
- Room photos (mandatory): bed, storage, windows, and realistic lighting.
- Bathroom photos (mandatory): fixtures, ventilation, and cleanliness state at time of capture.
- Outside building (mandatory): façade / gate / address visibility where safe and permitted.
- Common areas (mandatory): kitchen / mess / lounge / corridors as applicable.
What is not allowed
- No fake renders or AI-generated “property” images presented as real.
- No misleading edits that change room size, finish, or views.
- No stock hotel imagery passed off as the PG.
- No cropping that hides damage or hygiene issues.
Recommended
- 360° walkthrough (phone or dedicated camera) to reduce unnecessary site visits.
- Short video clips for sound/noise context near roads or markets.
Enforcement: Listings with fake or misleading media may be removed permanently from Meyvo, and repeat violations may lead to owner bans.
